Message from the Assistant Administrative Officer

In this digital era, the emerging technology envisages us to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of future. Automation has made many jobs redundant and hence young generation should possess skills that machines fail to do. The future leaders will need to have high proficiency in languages, interpersonal skills, high moral values, a touch of humanity and concern for the environment. These soft skills will make them indispensable in their organisation.

English plays an important role in showcasing the skills and getting a suitable job in any domain of work. The manoeuvre of Vidhya Vikashnians in all areas at school would help them lead a secured life in this present era of instability. Exposure to various languages at school apart from English and regional languages would create a scope for better job opportunities in India and abroad. In the competitive world, wherein one urges another to put down the moral values, a leader is the one who should overcome such obstacles and work with integrity. Hence, the professionals at the top management ought to adhere to such worthy qualities. Our students should be taught to balance both humanity and environment in developing new policies in the career they choose.

The method of learning has evolved over the years. Today's parents started teaching the child in their womb, as Abhimanyu, in Mahabharat, was taught by his mother. Hence, the intellect of the modern children is getting widened, specially with techniques like Vedic math that teaches complex calculations with simple rules. This sought of education will promisingly take children to greater heights in facing the fast-paced world.
